What is your return policy?

We're committed to ensuring the highest level of quality and service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any returns or exchanges under normal conditions. We offer conditional exchanges at managements discretion if you face quality issues or if you received an incorrect item. Please send us an email with your order number and we'll do our best to get you sorted. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging to be considered for exchanges.


All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.

What are the payment options?

For pret and semi-formals, full payment is required upon ordering.
For custom orders, we require a 50% advance, and the remaining 50% is required when shipping.

How long does it take for my product to be ready?

For pret, we required 5-10 business days for processing.
For semi formals, we require 2-4 weeks.
For heavy custom bridals, we require 2 months advance.
International shipping takes between 5-10 days to arrive via DHL.
Please ensure adequate time when ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are based in Toronto Canada, Karachi Pakistan & London UK. We ship globally via DHL, and please be aware that item prices do not cover shipping fees.

What about measurements?

If possible, we advise you to get your measurements taken by a local professional to ensure the most accurate sizes. If you are unable to do that, we can assist and guide you through a video call.
